This three-bedroom home features a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, thoughtfully designed with wide circulation spaces to support mobility and independence. The home also includes an accessible bathroom with roll in shower.
A generous undercover deck provides the perfect setting for relaxation, outdoor dining and BBQs, all while taking in beautiful lake views. Direct access from the garden gate takes you to the lakes edge and an accessible walking trail.
The property is currently being expanded to include a fourth bedroom as part of a self contained lower level apartment, ideal for additional guests or support staff. This flexible layout allows for both connection and privacy, ensuring a comfortable and tailored stay for every guest.
