Our Management Team
Destination Accessible is headed up by a leadership team of women – Christine Smith, CEO, Melonie Sheehan, Chief Operating Officer and Sharon King, Residential Services Lead – each with many years of experience working in community and disability services.
Independent Living Team
We also have an amazing team of local disability support workers who provide support to people with disability who are staying at Destination Accessible accommodation or living in shared housing with independent living services (SIL).
In addition, we regularly work with a team of trusted industry professionals including support coordinators, occupational therapists, domestic violence support specialists, social workers and nurses.
We also have tradespeople on hand for training and education on accessible modifications and for regular maintenance of our accommodation services.
